Postage within Australia is a set rate of $12 Standard Post and $15 Express Post..

All orders are sent via Australia Post with a tracking number.

Name puzzles are wrapped in clear cellophane and then bubble-wrapped for added safety.

Name plaques have a cardboard backing and are also wrapped in clear cellophane and then bubble-wrapped.

Any breakages or losses in transit (fortunately very rare) will naturally be re-made and re-sent at no cost.
